Vidhaigal Trust

Vidhaigal Trust is a Not-for profit organization established on the beginning of the year 2019. We atre working toward rural empowerments by organizing various project. Our main aim is to support and empower rural children who could not get a good education due to financial barrier and we have helped thousands of rural children in getting good education. We also run various projects like waste management, tree plantations, skills development for girls and so on.

COMPUTER EDUCATION CENTRE

The trained teachers will be able to conduct computer-training class after withdrawal of the project support. It has experience and credential in advocacy and lobbying with students, teachers, schools and Govt. Education Department in connection with dissemination of model education approach through organizing teachers training of Govt. School Teachers.It will also provide regular computer training to poor unemployed girls for their skill development which will help them to get employment opportunity.We have been running four different village called Neithalur Colony, Kavakarapalaiyam, Thanneer Palli, Thirupparaithurai and Kulithalai.These centres connected two districts Karur and Trichy. 

KNOWLEDGE SHARING CENTRE

This centre aimed to start to mend our rural students and participate cultural activities. And also we observed Dr.Kalam anniversary day on July 27. And we celebrated 84th independence Day and conducted various function through online and we went their home and distribute prizes for winners, during the time their parents were happy to this moment.<o:p></o:p>

FOOD DISTRIBUTIONS FOR AGED PEOPLE

Any donors family auspious function like marriage, birthday and wedding, they are really interested to donate food or make donation. We could carry food to temples, public resorts and inn and distribute foods for aged people, half mined  and uncared people. This food distribution functions frequently. During the time of Covid-19, we supply good regularly until relaxation of lockdown.

STUDENTS RESEARCH CLUB

  Our Trust  started this science research club on   28^th 2019. In memory of Science Day ( Sir C.V.Raman’s birthday). We are proving awareness and guidance about scientific technology and modern trends in Sciensece. Mr. K.Dhandapani, who is science research scholar and he admistratives this Science Research Club.

SELF EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT

CAREER & COUNSELING FOR RURAL STUDENTS

Our area rural students are not aware of higher education, especially aided or self finance course. Therefore we are doing door to door canvassing to list of course for their suitable study in higher secondary school days.

.SKILL BASED TRAINING PROGRAMME

Skills and knowledge are the driving forces of economic growth and social development of any country. They have become even more important given the increasing pace of globalization and technological changes provide both challenges that is taking place in the world. Countries with higher and better levels of skills adjust more effectively to the challenges and opportunities of globalization.

SPOKEN ENGLISH CLASS

Our trust trains to rural students to speak in English. Most of rural students have been hesitating to communicate in English language. Therefore our trainer motivated to them to speak in English fluently.

HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAM

The National Eye Donation Fortnight is observed every year from 25th August to 8th September. It is a campaign which aims to create mass public awareness about the importance of eye donation and to motivate people to pledge their eyes for donation after death.

Blindness is one of the major public health problems in the developing countries. According to World Health Organization, corneal diseases (Damage to the tissue covering the front of eye called cornea) are among the major causes of vision loss and blindness, after cataract and glaucoma.

In most cases, loss of sight can be corrected through 'Eye Donation" After the death of a person, various organs can be donated and can be surgically transplanted to the patients who need them. One such organ is the eye .By donating eyes after death, a corneal blind person can see again through a surgical procedure known as corneal transplantation, where by the damaged cornea is replaced by a healthy cornea from the eye donor.
